Recently, my family and I had Will cater an important birthday for my Mum at my parents’ house. Will was enthusiastic, professional, and quick to respond throughout our interactions. On the night, he served a delicious six-course tasting menu, using local ingredients and ensuring everything met our family’s dietary preferences and needs. We had never used a caterer at home before, but we were really happy we chose WCB Catering for our event. With so many people there, including parents with young kids, it would have been a lot of work for us to plan, cook, serve, and clean up without Will and his colleague Ruby’s help. Thanks to Will, we were able to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and really celebrate this special occasion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Will and WCB Catering, and we'll definitely consider their help again.

You won’t regret hiring Will! From start to finish Will from WCB catering was amazing. Will was quick to respond to our questions and calls no matter when we got in touch. He knew exactly what he was doing and even tweaked the menu for what we wanted. He also had several guests with multiple dietary restrictions and adapted to suit each one. He had a brilliant team with him on the day, which made everything go so smoothly, and all of the food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake was honestly amazing! All of our guests were so impressed with the food and service, they have all raved about which part in particular was their favourite, many saying it’s some of the best wedding canapés they’d ever eaten. we honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend WCB catering and to top it off the prices we paid were very reasonable!

We had the pleasure of Will catering our wedding recently. From the start we were so impressed with the menu variety and flexibility offered, which allowed us to mix and match our perfect menu. A key requirement for our wedding was that the food must be halal and this was never an issue from the outset. Considering some "large" establishments couldn't support this, we were delighted that Will could! All our guests remarked on how tasty the wedding breakfast and buffet was (the chocolate tart was a particular favourite!) And even with a few special extras for us as a couple. I could not recommend WCB highly enough and would be delighted to work with them in the future :)
